GRACE LAWSON
Once upon a time, there was a princess who wore glasses and wanted to be an astronaut. But in her kingdom, you had to have 20-20 vision and be a boy in order to be an astronaut.
Ok, that is really the dad of the princess.
Here is the princess.
So learning to be flexible, adaptable, and resilient and just generally awesome, she became a math and physics teacher, then an underwriter, then an HR professional.
Then she was hired by some really, really, really, really, totally, unbelievably, smart people. Like Einstein-smart! Like super supercalifragilisticexpialidocious smart!
She wanted to make the world a better place for her supervisor, the company and its employees and all human beings on the planet, especially ballerinas. This made the her and the company the perfect fit - like Prince and Princess Charming (or Princess and Princess or Non-binary and Princess or whatever non-limiting terminology you want to refer to a great-but-platonic working-relationship).
So she did a lot of research and analysis of the kingdom and found the top 10 trends that would impact business performance in the upcoming times.
The Top 10 Trends Affecting Future Business Performance

This was one of her awesome friends who helped her do the research! How fun it was!
Anywho, this is what they found out!!!
She educated her kingdom about all these changes and helped them to be prepared.
Through her efforts and those of the kingdom, and of course, the fairy godmother, they eliminated hunger, negotiated world peace, cured cancer, developed an awesome new dance move, and made sure that all children were exceptionally well care-for, truly loved and helped to discover their gifts, passions and purposes.
And the people who hired her were
really
glad they did!
and or course, of totally course, they . . . lived . . .
